Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform. Technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions.
- Trading Losses: We are not liable for any trading losses you may incur. All trading decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.
- Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quotex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your trading activities and decisions
- Any unauthorized use of your account
- Any content you submit through our platform
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
- Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
- Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless prohibited by law.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Account Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and submitting a closure request through our support channels.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate any provision of this Agreement
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services. Any outstanding obligations under this Agreement shall survive termination.
